Acro 1 (45 minutes) focuses on acrobatic skills like cartwheels, walkovers, and handstands, combined with basic jazz techniques. Suitable for students with 0-2 years of Acro experience.
Acro 2 (45 minutes) is designed for students with 2-3 years of experience, focusing on advanced skills such as front walkovers, back walkovers, and round-offs.
Ballet 1 & 2 (45 minutes) blend traditional ballet techniques with contemporary movement theory. Dancers focus on alignment, flexibility, and musicality through barre and center exercises. Levels are taken for two years, with increasing difficulty and emphasis on choreography retention. This is a non-RAD class but can be used to enhance ballet skills. RAD exam opportunities open in October.
This 45-minute high-energy class introduces the basics of hip hop, a street-style dance rooted in jazz. Students will learn the moves popularized in urban dance videos, building rhythm and coordination.
Jazz 1 (45 minutes) is a fun, energetic class that develops rhythm, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Perfect for beginners with little to no jazz experience. Jazz 1-2 and Jazz 2 are for dancers with 1+ years of experience, offering more challenging techniques.
This 45-minute tap class focuses on technique, rhythm, and musicality. Through fun and energetic exercises, dancers will develop precision, improve fitness, and build confidence.
Lyrical combines ballet, jazz, and modern movement. This 45-minute class emphasizes emotion and musicality through expressive choreography. Dancers develop fluidity, grace, and control, using techniques like floor work, improvisation, and modern dance dynamics.
